HERO has flexible term lengths and will compare its rates to other similar financing options and offer clients the most competitive price possible. Homeowners pay their fixed rates alongside their property taxes, and there is no money down required. The best perk about HERO is that the program gives homeowners the final say, as they won’t need to start paying until they sign off that they are satisfied with the project!  

Benji Financing

Renovate America’s Benji Financing Option offers homeowners competitive fixed rates and requires no money down. Homeowners also won’t start paying until they have signed off that they are happy with the results of the project.

With Benji, homeowners can choose from multiple term length options and can finance anywhere from $2,000 to $50,000, based on credit approval. Applicants can also get approval for financing within minutes depending on credit score. Benji does not look into home equity for eligibility, so homeowners can finance with Benji for almost any home upgrade. Financing with Benji also starts with three easy steps: plan the project, pair with a contractor, and apply for Benji online.
